Physical Products 

Thank you for shopping with Spirit House London. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products, all crafted by hand in small batches. This can result in slight variations in color and scent. And it means that no two crystal candles will ever look exactly the same.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do offer exchanges or refunds, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. Please be aware that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any body products including bath salts, body lotions and body sprays. 

How to Return Items To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@spirithouselondon.com. We will guide you through the return process.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or contains faulty items, please contact us immediately at hello@spirithouselondon.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that, except for faulty items, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

 

Digital Downloads

We sell a variety of digital products including meditations, energy healings and online programs. Please note we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for digital downloads, as they are available immediately upon purchase. This policy helps to ensure the integrity of our digital content.  

All media content provided by Spirt House London is intended for personal use only and does not come with master resell or rebranding rights. It is exclusively and commercial owned by Spirit House London.
